Lithium-ion cells self-discharge slowly even when unused. A 90-day cadence keeps your unit above the safe threshold without overthinking it. When the reminder hits, a 30-minute USB-C charge is usually all you need.
Recharge it the same day you use it — even if you only used it briefly. A used unit left in the trunk is a dead battery waiting to happen the next time you actually need it.
Between 30-45 minutes or less on USB-C if you haven't used it. If you've actually used it to jump a car or charge devices, give it a full charge.
