Let’s get started and make sure your FIRESHIELD performs at its best when it matters most.

1. Overview & Purpose

The FIRESHIELD Bag series is designed to protect your valuables—like documents, cash, passports, electronics, jewelry, and crypto—during emergencies. Withstands high temperatures for 10–20 minutes outside and 30–120 minutes inside a safe. Convenient, flexible, and available in 5 sizes/designs.

2. Resetting or Setting the Lock

Applies only to bags with a built-in combination lock.

  1. Align the dials to 0‑0‑0 (or your current code).

  2. Use a pen to press the reset button (a) on the lock’s side until you hear a click.

  3. Turn the dials (b) to set your new 3‑digit code.

  4. Press the front/unlock button (c) until it clicks—your code is now set.

  5. Make sure the lock opens and closes smoothly with your code.

  6. Important: Write down your code and store it safely. Repeat the steps any time you wish to reset it.

3. Storing and Transporting the Bag

  • The back strap allows you to slide it over your luggage handle for easy transport, and to ensure it won’t be a victim to theft.

  • When not in use, we recommend you store it one of the following ways:
    • Inside a safe: Recommended for MAX protection.
    • If you do not own a safe: Store it close to the floor. Underneath a window or close to an exit is preferred, as it allows easy extraction in case of emergency.
    • The bag is water resistant, therefore do not submerse it. If you store it at a place where there’s a risk of flooding or standing water, we recommend storing it face-up or packed in a sealed plastic bag, as it will allow it to float.

4. Cleaning Instructions

  • Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak.

  • If it has been near sand or dirt, we recommend brushing it off with a mild brush. As it will minimize scratches and keep the coated layers intact

  • Let air-dry completely before storage.

5. Items we recommend you store

  • Important documents (Passports, Diplomas, Deeds, Registrations)

  • Cash, gold, silver, jewelry, and collectibles

  • Electronics (Phones, USB drives, Hard drives, Laptops)

  • Crypto hardware wallets, IDs, photos, heirlooms

The FIRESHIELD Series comes in multiple designs and sizes. Each with a unique feature. Most of our beloved community goes with at least 1 large option and 2 smaller options. As it allows you to safeguard all your beloved belongings.
